FAQ's

WHAT IS CEREMONY MATCHA, AND HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM REGULAR GREEN TEA

Ceremony Matcha is a high-quality, stone-ground green tea powder made from shade-grown tea leaves. Unlike regular green tea, where leaves are steeped and discarded, matcha involves consuming the entire leaf, resulting in a more concentrated source of nutrients, antioxidants, and caffeine.

+ HOW SHOULD I PREPARE CEREMONY MATCHA?

To prepare Ceremony Matcha, add 1-2 grams (about half a teaspoon) of matcha powder to a bowl, then add a small amount (40-50ml) of warm (not boiling) water. Use a pre-soaked bamboo whisk to froth until smooth and frothy, then add more water or m*lk of choice for a creamy matcha latte.

+ CAN I DRINK CEREMONY MATCHA ON AN EMPTY STOMACH?

We recommend drinking it after a light meal or warm water with lemon for a sustained energy and focus.

+ WHAT ARE THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF CEREMONY MATCHA?

Ceremony Matcha is packed with antioxidants, particularly catechins like EGCG, which support overall health. It promotes calm, sustained energy without the jitters, enhances focus, and can support metabolism, making it a great addition to your wellness routine.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY CEREMONY MATCHA TO KEEP IT FRESH?

To maintain freshness, we recommend storing your matcha in the refridgerator. We recommend keeping it sealed tightly in its original packaging or an airtight container. For optimal flavour and quality, consume your matcha within 1-2 months of opening.
