• International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, or fees, which must be paid by the recipient. For questions about these fees, please contact your local post office or delivery service.
• Due to current global conditions, international deliveries may take 2 to 3 weeks. Please rest assured, your matcha will remain fresh during this period.

Added Protection for Your Order

We've partnered with TUNL to safeguard your order against loss, damage, or theft. If your package doesn't arrive or is damaged, you can easily file a claim with Route to receive a replacement or refund.

• Claims for packages marked "delivered" but not received (without evidence or theft) must be made between 5 and 15 days from the delivery date.
• Claims for lost packages (not marked "delivered") can be filed after 7 days (20 days for international orders) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
