We do not offer refunds; however, store credit will be provided for eligible returns.

At this time, we are not accepting returns on any of the matcha related goods- This includes The Matcha, the Chasen and the Chawan. Due to health concerns related to consumable goods. We’ve made this decision to prioritize the safety of our supporters and team, which is always our top priority. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your matcha, please contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right—guaranteed.

For any merchandise purchases, please ensure that all items are returned within 7 days of receipt if needed. The merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and with all labels attached.

Important to note: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the labels have been removed or if the item shows signs of wear. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns, and we’ll guide you through the process to ensure a smooth experience.
